- The name, phone number, treatment choice and message you enter in the request form
- The date, time and IP address of your submission
- Information you share with us by WhatsApp or phone
If you include health information in your message, it is treated as special category data and used only with your explicit consent, to answer your request.

- To prevent misuse of the form
Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. The site is served through hosting and content delivery providers located outside Turkey, so form data may technically be stored on servers abroad. Data may be disclosed to authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Form requests are kept for up to two years after your request is closed and then deleted. If you become a patient, your health records are kept separately for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Write to [email protected] or to the address above; we reply within thirty days.
